• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in rare mutually agreed situations.

• Project work may be paused or terminated for late or non-payment.

3. Project Timelines

• Timelines depend on client cooperation and timely submission of required content, images, feedback, and approvals.

• Any delay from the client side will result in revised delivery dates.

4. Content Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and legal content (text, images, videos, etc.).

• Pracom Solutions is not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided material.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Website design, code, creative assets, and content remain the property of Pracom Solutions unless full payment is completed.

• After final payment, ownership rights transfer to the client (excluding third-party licenses/plugins, proprietary tools, frameworks, etc.).

6. Revisions

• Revisions are limited as mentioned in the service package/proposal.

• Additional revisions or changes after project approval may incur extra charges.

7. Third-Party Tools/Services

We may use third-party tools, APIs, hosting platforms, analytics, or payment gateways. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of project information, data, and business details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pracom Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Business loss, revenue loss, or indirect damages

• Technical issues beyond our control

• Issues arising from client mismanagement, hosting providers, or third-party platforms

10. Termination

• Pracom Solutions reserves the right to terminate services in case of breach of terms or unethical behavior.

• Client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated policy.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising out of our services or agreement will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhule, Maharashtra, India.
